Paleo Coconut and Walnut Bread Dish

Active ingredients

1 Cup Almond Meal

1/2 Cup Coconut Flour

1 tsp baking powder

2 Eggs

1/2 Cup dried shredded Coconut

1 Cup Coconut Milk

1 Cup finely cut Walnuts

1/2 Cup Organic Additional Virgin Coconut Oil

1/2 Cup Honey

1 tsp baking powder


Mixed together eggs, coconut milk, coconut oil and honey. Integrate coconut flour, almond meal, baking powder and shredded coconuts. Integrate liquid active ingredients and dried active ingredients whisk thoroughly into batter until there are no swellings into cake batter. Put active ingredients into greased 9x5x3 inch or smaller loaf pan and bake at (350F) for 40 – 50 minutes. Get rid of bread from loaf pan and cool on rack.Paleo Dairy

– 2 cups pecans, made into a smooth “pecan butter” (your food mill can do this)

– 30 dates, pitted

– 1 1/2 cup shredded, dried coconut

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1 teaspoon cinnamon

– 1/2 cup pecans, chopped

In food mill, process dates till smooth. Add the “pecan butter,” coconut, salt, and cinnamon. Process till whatever is well combined. Eliminate from food processor and place the mixture in a medium-sized bowl or onto the counter, then sort of “knead” in the sliced pecans up until they’re well distributed. – 2 tbs coconut meat

– 2tbs cashew butter

– 1 cup coconut milk

– 2 ripe peeled bananas

– 5 ice cubes

– 2 tablespoons honey (optional Honey not allowed Orthodox Paleo Diet)


-Place all active ingredients into a blender and mix on high speed for 30seconds.

– 4 egg yolks

– 1/2 cup honey

– 1 (13.5- ounce) can light coconut milk

– 1 (13.5- ounce) can regular coconut milk

– 2 teaspoons vanilla extract


In a large bowl, whisk yolks and sugar together up until pale yellow, 1 to 2 minutes. Add light and routine coconut milk and whisk again until well integrated. Transfer coconut mixture to a medium pot and cook over medium heat, stirring continuously, till simply thickened and mix coats the back of a spoon, 8 to 10 minutes. Make sure not to let the mix boil. Eliminate pot from the heat and stir in vanilla.
