Welcome to this intensive 7-day weight loss challenge! This is a 22-minute video workout designed to help you burn 10 pounds (4.5 kg) in a week.

This is not a guarantee of course but by doing this exercise training everyday you will definitely see results on your body.

That's because the exercises are selected in a way to include strength exercises (lower, upper body and core) but also full-body cardio exercises.

This will help build a small caloric deficit in your body, and if you keep your nutrition in order then you should see fat loss results in 7 days.

About nutrition – don't stress too much over it. I recommend you follow just 2 simple rules:

The rules are simple to follow but you need to follow them strictly.

I use a brand known as "by nature chia seeds" which I buy from Amazon

INGREDIENTS:
Milk: 250 ml
turmeric powder: 1 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon powder: 1/2 tsp
Dry ginger powder: 1/3 tsp
Crushed cardamom seeds: 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder: 1/4 tsp
Ghee: 2-3 drops
Chia seeds: 4 tbsp
Note: This recipe gives 2 serving.
Chia seeds are edible seeds that comes from the dessert plan salvia hispanica. Sabja or basil seeds are seeds of sweet basil. Sabja and chia seeds are totally different, pls do not buy basil seeds and use in place of chia seeds.
Have this on empty stomach in the morning as breakfast. It is very filling and will keep you fuller for longer time plus you get all the benefits of turmeric and chia seeds.

So many of us do sports, go to the gym, and try different diets… And all this time we didnā€™t even realize that everyday lengthy walks, as shown by a number of studies, are no less effective against excess pounds. However, there are some rules you should follow for walking to replace a whole set of exercises. Keep in mind, for example, that you should never follow your friendā€™s schedule even if you exercise together. You need your own plan!

SUMMARY:
– For best results, you should follow a regular schedule and use a pace counter. This device will tell you how much youā€™ve walked during the day.
– Keep in mind that the result depends on your characteristics, lifestyle, food habits, and health condition. You should always count your daily workout routine very carefully.
– Try to driving or taking a bus less. If you become bored quickly during long walks, try to listen to your favorite music or radio.
– Stop using elevators and escalators. At least for a month.
– Walk your dog for longer. It will make both you and your dog much healthier and happier.
– Keep in mind that your steps are uneven and can vary from a foot to a yard. To count your step length, measure a distance of 30 to 65 feet, and cover it at your usual pace while counting steps.
– Start with a light load, gradually increasing the duration and pace. You should raise the length of your walks first, and only then increase the tempo. The loads should be adequate for your health.
– Practice walking regularly. A walk a week wonā€™t do you any good. If you canā€™t take walks every day, then do it at least 2-3 times a week. It can be done at any convenient time but no earlier than 1-1.5 hours after a meal.
– You should also remember that a slow walk over a short distance will be useless. However, if you walk too fast and for too long being unprepared, you may even cause harm to yourself.
