I use a brand known as "by nature chia seeds" which I buy from Amazon
INGREDIENTS:
Milk: 250 ml
turmeric powder: 1 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon powder: 1/2 tsp
Dry ginger powder: 1/3 tsp
Crushed cardamom seeds: 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder: 1/4 tsp
Ghee: 2-3 drops
Chia seeds: 4 tbsp
Note: This recipe gives 2 serving.
Chia seeds are edible seeds that comes from the dessert plan salvia hispanica. Sabja or basil seeds are seeds of sweet basil. Sabja and chia seeds are totally different, pls do not buy basil seeds and use in place of chia seeds.
Have this on empty stomach in the morning as breakfast. It is very filling and will keep you fuller for longer time plus you get all the benefits of turmeric and chia seeds.
